METUMEMS Research Group is founded with the aim of developing MicroElectroMechanical Systems (MEMS) technology in Turkey.

MEMS technology enables developing micromechanical structures together with microelectronic circuitries. With the use of this technology, it is possible to combine detectors, actuators, vibrators, and many more mechanical structures with electronics in micro world.
